Using the AMI according to the Boothbay Regional Development Corporation which claims the Average Medium Income for this area for a family of four is $94,900, there is only one salary that exceeds that amount and that still qualifies for affordable housing according the the BRDC, which thanks to LD 2003 targets 120 AMI to qualify for affordable housing.
