This is a post I wrote many years ago, also a chapter in my self published book Public Private Relationships and the New Owners of the Means of Production, which I took it out of publication of years ago because I thought it needed editing. However I frequently use it as my own reference material as the book is a chronological history of what transpired in Maine, legislatively, since the centrally managed economy was established in 1976, shortly after a federal law was enacred in 1968 outlining a wealth redistribution system that would extend from the federal government to municipalities with instructions to make laws at all levels consistent with that system.
